F A Q

  1. Please check the mobile phone and the robot are under the same Wi-Fi network.
  2. Tap the ‘Scan’ button on the screen to activate the camera.
  3. Tap ‘Connect’ on the robot’s drop-down menu. The screen will display a QR Code for quick connection.
  4. Scan the QR Code displayed onscreen with your mobile phone to complete the connection.
  1. While not in active conversation mode, please say “Hello Kebbi” to catch its attention before talking to it!
  2. When the side of the robot’s face and the chest light up yellow, you can speak to him
  3. If the methods above doesn’t work, please speak louder or move to somewhere quieter.

⚠ Typically, a better voice wakeup experience is achieved by children over the age of seven. It is recommended that younger children wake up the robot by touch.

  1. Please check to see if there is a dark blue light on the chest of the robot.
    If there is, it means that the robot is in movement lock mode.
  2. You can turn on/off movement lock mode by
    👉going to the Dropdown Menu>Movement
    👉or saying to the robot: “Turn on/off movement.”
  1. When the robot screen is on, the standby time can last for up to 7 or 8 hours.
  2. To save power, long press the home button and select ‘Do Not Disturb’, or use the drop-down menu to turn off ‘Active Dialogue’, ‘Actions’ and other functions.

⚠ If the robot is not going to be used for a long time, please shut it down and store it in a dry environment. We recommend that you charge the battery at least once every three months to prevent it from over-discharging, which can cause permanent damage to the battery.

  1. NUWA confirms the repair request.

  2. The customer ships the robot to the repair center.

  3. The repair center conducts a diagnostic test.

  4. Customer service provides a repair quotation to the customer.

  5. The customer completes the payment and shares the payment details.

  6. Finance verifies the payment.

  7. The repair center completes the repair.

  8. The repaired robot is shipped back to the customer.

  2. Alternatively, you can use a Type-C USB cable to charge the robot. However, please note that the original charger is a fast-charging adapter, so charging speed may differ.

Sorry, the SD card is only used as additional storage, and the robot cannot read or play content directly from the card.

Kebbi is based on the Android 9.0 platform, so you can write your own Android App to run on it, and you can write programs to control the robot by introducing NuwaSDK.
