Activate NUWA Web Tools

Summary: Please follow the steps to activate Nuwa BizTools.

A NUWA web tools (BizTools) product key will be sent to the buyer’s designated email address when the product is shipped.

Please check your spam folder or contact customer service if you didn’t receive your product key. If your box did not have a customer service card in it, you can send us a message through our Facebook fan page.

Step 1: Open E-mail with your product key.

Step 2: Go to the NUWA registration page

Please follow the link in the e-mail, or click here to visit the NUWA registration page. If you did not already register on the robot when you powered up, please register now.

If you did register using DX, click the “Already have a NUWA account” link and go to the login page.

Step 3: Sign into your NUWA account

Step 4: Upgrade to NuwaPro

Choose “Upgrade to NuwaPro” at the top right-hand corner of the page and and enter the product key in the form field of the dialogue box.

Step 5: Enter your robot's serial number

The dialogue box will display the tools being activated next to a serial number form field as shown. Please enter your robot’s serial number in the box. The number can be found on the label applied to the bottom of the robot, or by going to Settings → About Kebbi menu.

After the serial number is received, the dialogue will display “Done!” Upon completion, the web tools will show up under “My Tools” on your account dashboard page.

Note that you may be logged out after entering your serial number. Please log in again to confirm that your tools are activated and ready to use.
