1. Build Assembly|01 Body – Chassis

01-1 Mount wheels on servo motor axles

Required Parts:
C28 Bottom wheels x2 SM11 Servo Motor (ID11) x1 SM12 Servo Motor (ID12) x1 Screw No. 2 (M2.5_L6 MM25060) x2

Mount wheels on servo motor axles

  1. Right wheel assembly
    Mount a bottom wheel onto axle of【SM11 Servo Motor (ID11)】, push firmly, and install【Screw No. 2 (M2.5_L6 MM25060)】. Wheels can be installed on either side.
  2. Left wheel assembly
    Mount a bottom wheel on axle of【SM12 Servo Motor (ID12)】, push firmly, and install【Screw No. 2 (M2.5_L6 MM25060)】.
  3. Connect bottom wheel servo motors cable
    Plug【Connection Cable 02 BODY】 into 【SM12 Servo Motor (ID12)】 and【SM11 Servo Motor (ID11)】 6 pin socket (a slight twist to the cable is OK).
    ⚠️ Notice! Make sure the connection cables are plugged in firmly.
  4. Bottom wheels assembly finished!

01-2 Assemble anti-drop sensor

Required Parts:
C24 Anti-drop sensor divider x1 C25 Front cover for anti-drop sensor x1 C26 Back cover for anti-drop sensor x1 C23 Clear cover for anti-drop sensor x1

Assemble anti-drop sensor

  1. Sensor assembly: Install 【Drop sensor connection Cable 01 BODY】on【C25 Front Cover for Anti-drop Sensor】 as shown in the picture. (Note orientation of part and ensure that black sensor is on left and transparent sensor on right. Light force may be required to snap sensor into holder. Push cable into cable locks and run out back cover as shown.)
  2. Close【C26 Back cover for anti-drop sensor】 ⚠️ Notice! Do not pinch the cables.
  3. Shell assembly: Plug【C24 Anti-drop sensor divider】into【C23 Clear cover for anti-drop sensor】.
  4. Slide assembly from steps 1 and 2 into【C23 Clear cover for anti-drop sensor】. ⚠ Please double check the direction of 【Clear cover for anti-drop sensor】; a click will be heard and felt if correctly installed.
  5. Anti-drop sensor assembly finished!

01-3 Install Anti-drop sensor

Required Parts:
Bottom wheels and servo motors x1 Anti-drop sensor x1

01-3 Install anti-drop sensor

  1. Install anti-drop sensor
    Plug【Anti-drop sensor connection cable 01 BODY】of anti-drop sensor into 4 pin socket on【SM12 Servo Motor (ID12)】 in location shown.
    ⚠️ Notice! Make sure the connection cable is firmly plugged in.

01-4 Install wheel and servo assembly on chassis -1

Required Parts:
F2 Lower skeleton x1 C27 Axle supports x2 Screw No. 2 (M2.5_L6 MM25060) x8
    Box Y

Install wheel and servo assembly (previously built) on chassis

  1. Thread【Anti-drop sensor】through center of 【F2 Lower skeleton (chassis)】as shown.
  2. Place connection cable in cable retention trough.
  3. Turn chassis upside down. Partially insert【Bottom Wheels and Servo Motor parts】on correct sides as shown and double check.
  4. Before fulling inserting the servos into their holes, slide【C27 Axle supports】 onto each axle (not side specific, each can be installed on either side), and then place servo motors into their holes. Make sure axle supports are aligned in their grooves, then fully seat motors.
    ⚠️ Notice! Please press the parts in firmly.
    ⚠️ Notice! Make sure the motors are installed on the correct side.
  5. Use 4 pieces 【Screw No. 2 (M2.5_L6 Mm25060)】on each side to secure【Servo Motors (ID11), (ID12)】to chassis.

Screw No. 7 (M2_L6 TT20060) x1

Install wheel and servo assembly on chassis – 2

  1. Attach anti-drop sensor
    Line up 【Anti-drop sensor】with side tabs and screw hole and fasten with【Screw No. 7 (M2_L6 TT20060)】.
    ⚠️ Note! A bit more force is required to drive self-tapping screws. Be sure to keep screw driver straight and engaged with screw head to avoid stripping it.

01-5 Assemble/Install swivel wheel

Required Parts:
C29 Mecanum wheel base x1 C31 Mecanum wheel cover x1 C30 Mecanum wheel x1 Screw No. 10 (M3_L8 MM30080-1) x1

Assemble/Install swivel wheel

  1. Use 【Screw No. 10 (M3_L8 MM30080-1)】 to install 【C29 Mecanum wheel base】on chassis as shown.
  2. Insert 【C30 Mecanum wheel】 into grooves.
  3. Snap 【C31 Mecanum wheel cover】into place.

Finished Assembly

01-6 Plug in chassis connection cables

Required Parts:
Three-in-one cable x1 (04 BODY、05 BODY、   06 BODY)

  1. Plug【Three-in-one Connection cable (04)(05)(06)】9 pin end into【SM12 Servo Motor (ID12)】9 pin socket.
    ⚠️ Notice! Make sure connection cables are firmly plugged in.
  2. Plug【Connection Cable 03 BODY】 into【SM12 Servo Motor (ID12)】 7 pin socket.
    ⚠️ Notice! Make sure connection cables are firmly plugged in.
  3. Chassis assembly FINISHED!
