Precautions

Please read through all safety precautions and operating instructions before using to avoid bodily injury or property damage.
⛔ WARNING: To reduce the risk of bodily injury or property damage, do not dismantle the shell of the robot.

Notes for taking the robot out of its box:

⚠ When taking the robot out of the box, please hold its body with both hands. Don’t lift the robot by grabbing its head as this may cause damage to the neck joints.

⚠ Do not place the robot on the edge of a table or cabinet.
Do not use the robot on a long-haired carpet. div> ⚠Be sure your fingers do not get pinched by the robot’s moving elbows.

⚠Do not place the robot on a sloped surface.

When moving the robot, please hold its body with both hands – don’t lift the robot by grabbing its head!

Usage Restrictions

  1. Children should always use the robot under adult supervision.
  2. When using the robot, keep the surrounding environment clear to avoid obstructing the robot’s path.
  3. When moving the robot, hold its body with both hands.
  4. When the robot’s motion control is enabled, ensure that it is placed on flat ground to avoid damages caused by accidental falls.
  5. When the robot is in operation, do not touch or move its joints, as this may get yourself hurt and cause damage to the robot.
  6. This product is vulnerable to mechanical impact.
  7. Do not expose this product or its battery to sources of heat, fire, or places where the temperatures is above 40°C.
  8. Do not soak the robot in water or any liquid to avoid short circuits.
  9. Use the original factory charger, and do not use chargers from any other products.
  10. Keep your hands dry when handling the charger. Hold the power cord head to unplug it from its socket, and do not pull on the cord. If the cord skin is broken or the cord itself is damaged, stop using it immediately.
  11. Use a soft cloth dampened with water or diluted alcohol to wipe the robot. Do not rinse it under water or clean it with strong alkali or strong acid cleaners as this could damage the coating.
  12. Do not try to replace the robot’s battery yourself – send it back to the manufacturer.
  13. If the robot is not to be used for a long time, please fully charge the battery before turning it off. Store the robot in a cool, dry place. To avoid over-discharging, charge the battery at least once every three months.
  14. Take a 10-minute break after 30 minutes of use to protect the eyes. Children under the age of 2 should stay away from the screen. Children over the age of 2 should not use the screen for longer than 1 hour a day. Excessive use may damage vision.
  15. Tropical warning: this product is certified for safe use in tropical regions.
