Before you begin interacting with the robot, you need to perform the following steps.
Prepare the robot and environment: Get enough space for the robot to move around freely, and do not place it on the edge of a table or near water. Check the robot’s battery level. We recommend that you fully charge the battery before using the robot to maximize your experience! 👉 If the robot is off, press the power button on the top of the robot’s head and the battery level will be shown onscreen.
Boot up the system: Press and hold the Home button on the top of the robot’s head for 3 seconds until the NUWA LOGO and the startup animation appear onscreen.
Connect to Wi-Fi: When booting the robot for the first time, you will be shown a list of available Wi-Fi networks. Select the desired network and enter the correct password to connect the robot to the Wi-Fi.
Log in to your Nuwa account: You may log in to the robot using: a. An email address (the same account can also be used to log in to the Code Lab and related Nuwa web services) b. A mobile number c. A Google account
