Most features of Kebbi do not require connection to a mobile app. However, we offer three dedicated apps: NuwaSpace, CodeLab, and NUWA Contact

• Check for motor error prompts: If there is an error prompt on the screen, follow the instructions provided.

• Check for drop prevention prompts: If a drop prevention message appears, move Kebbi to a safe place and resolve the issue accordingly.

Where are Kebbi’s photos and videos stored? Is there a sharing feature?

Currently, Kebbi only takes pictures, and these photos are stored in the cloud.

You can browse, share, download, and delete photos using the NuwaSpace App via Nuwa’s album feature.

Can I remotely control Kebbi to move around and interact with my family via video?

Absolutely! You can use your phone, tablet, or similar device to call Kebbi at home through NUWA Contact.

During the video call, you can control Kebbi’s movements (forward, backward, left, right) and send emojis from Kebbi’s exclusive collection to make the conversation more engaging.

What should I do if Kebbi and my phone or computer are connected to the network, but the phone or computer can’t connect Kebbi?

Ensure that Kebbi and your mobile device are connected to the same Wi-Fi access point and that the connection is stable.
